I arrived at 8:25 & was told that only take out was an option. I ordered 3 orders of beef noodles which appeared to be 1 order divided into 3. My containers loosely fit into 2 brown lunch bags and didn’t weigh more than 1.5-2 lbs if that. One container which my son took one bite of before I took a photo wasn’t even half full. It appears that less than an oz of meat was cut into small pieces. When I arrived to pick up my immediate question was, “Where s the rest of my food?” It was supposed to be dinner but we all were very hungry after. You get better noodles and service at the mall food court & pay an appropriate price. The rolls were very scanty as well. I worked a lot in customer service when I was a student so impart this advice to the management: if you don’t have the food or need to ration, don’t sell what you don’t have. I usually will have a Hibachi item and I do like a couple of slices of the Golden Dragon Roll. We went tonight the “hostess “ was surly at best with her greeting. We ordered our specialty roll as an appetizer which came out fully cold and unde 5 minutes leading us to believe it was premade. Was still tasty but again disappointing. Our main meals included salad and when I asked for a fork the “hostess/server” got a cheap plastic fork and threw it on the table!!! Sorry but I can’t eat salad with chopsticks!! My husband then said can we please get REAL silverware??? The food used to be great but not so much anymore. No wonder on a Friday night at 7:30 there was no wait! Read moreI’ve visited this restaurant several times before, but unfortunately, my experience today was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the first waitress slammed the menus on the table without a word and walked away. I tried to ask her for a high chair, but she ignored me and turned her back before I could finish speaking. Shortly after, another waitress came to take our order, but she didn’t have anything to write with and seemed disorganized. We ended up receiving the wrong sushi, and to make matters worse, the quality was poor—the rice was chewy, the rolls fell apart easily, and nothing tasted fresh. Throughout the meal, the staff was inattentive and never once checked in to see how we were doing.
