The lady was very rude on the phone as well as when I went inside. The bacon was not well done which I asked for and my bagel was not toasted at all… I will not be coming back here. These employees need to learn what good customer service is and how to actually treat people. All the staff are very rude and unwelcoming . Over priced, terrible quality food, barely anything to drink in the coolers. Orders are constantly incorrect. All around it is just a terrible place to eat at. I will take the 15 or 20 minute ride to another bagel store even tho lox bagel is 5 mins down the street and that right there should tell you something. I would give zero stars if I could.
