Shaun, the main man at OTGS, was great to work with from start to finish. My experience with Shaun started when I was searching for sound and lighting rental in eastern CT. I found myself on the OTGS website, bopping to the background beats while browsing Shaun's huge selection of speakers and lighting equipment for rent. After submitting an inquiry, Shaun reached out to me via text until we had enough information to setup a phone call. When we spoke on the phone, Shaun listened to my wants and needs, established a budget with me, and made some awesome recommendations based on our conversations. I ended up going with the Ultimate Upgrade package and getting a bunch of battery-powered up-lighting to really make my event pop! On top of that, I rented a Chauvet Gigbar that made the dance floor really feel like a party. I would not hesitate to work with Shaun and OTGS again. The service was incredibly professional, the equipment top-notch, and the price was absolutely right!!! You aren't going to find a better experience for the price. There's a real reason for all of these good reviews!...

Every time I go get speakers from Shaun, he is always willing to do what is best for me as a customer. Shaun creates a friendly environment and it is easy to ask him for suggestions. We were at Henry Park/Fox Hill Tower area on 5/26/25. It was a beautiful day, the view of Rockville and Ellington were fantastic. While enjoying the view, we heard beautiful music playing, the music was so strong and clear. It was amazing seeing the beautiful view and hearing the awesome music at the same time.
