A huge relief going to Gino’s in comparison to the “big chain” stores. Gino provides you with a personalized experience from the moment you walk in the door. The knowledge and guidance Gino provides is fantastic and you always feel that he is guiding you in the right direction as opposed to pushing a promoted product regardless of its benefit to you as I have sometimes experienced with the “big chain” stores. This continued personalized experience and welcoming demeanor that Gino provides leaves no doubt of myself being a continued customer. At times I have found myself hesitant in the past to ask the questions about different products as I didn’t want to waste the time of the employee but I have never received this impression from Gino.
