Interiors on Consignment — Local services in Vero Beach

These people are weird. If you read their long-winded, arrogant, argumentative replies to the negative reviews here you can see they're not everyday-weird but seriously really weird. They say "I'm sorry you didn't appreciate us" hahaha. Gaslighters.

I contacted the husband MIchael Rosenow about the consignment process because I'm selling my condo. Everything is brand new some with tags. From Haverty's, Ballard Designs, Rooms to Go, Brentwood Homes adjustable bed and mattress etc. Everything was around 10K retail.

He's so busy bragging he can sell anything in two weeks "I just sold a five bedroom house worth of items in two weeks", "don't worry that it won't sell" and went out of his way to explain how people always buy used beds anyway.....then forgot to give me the email address for the photos.

So I go to all the trouble of taking around 20 photos and emailing them with a price list of the items when new and where I got them.

He emails back "We cannot sell these items in our store."

What? One was a bland beige linen loveseat new with tags. Why did you waste my time?

Terrible experience with Interiors on Consignment, especially with Gail and her husband. They listed a media console on Facebook Marketplace and told me I could pay by credit or debit card over the phone. Then they suddenly changed their mind, accused me of being fraudulent, and even rudely asked what I do for a living, which is completely inappropriate. They went as far as telling my mover lies about me, claiming I tried to pay with a gift card (never came out of my mouth) and that I refused to provide billing info, which is completely false. We never even got that far in the transaction. Mean, inconsiderate, and strange people. They use Facebook listings to lure people into their store with no intention of selling the items as advertised. Dishonest and unprofessional. Interiors on Consignment is the best high-end furniture consignment store in Vero on and the Treasure Coast of Florida! Their high quality merchandise is in excellent condition and their prices are very fair, considering the quality. They also offer a variety of styles --- contemporary, transitional, traditional and the unusual eclectic pieces. I'm not only a shopper, but also a consignor and have been pleased with their consignor policies and results!
