Maryland Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Vero Beach

Food is amazing. Always come here since ive moved back down here. But i keep paying for stuff that I am not getting. I got a 15 piece of chicken and only got 12 pieces. 2 weeks ago my dad picked up my mothers and my order and we on the side we ordered 15 hush puppies or corn fritters,paid for them, they were in the receipt, but he never recieved them. So im obsessed with the food. I have just been noticing the last few times i have gone everything is not how I ordered and I pay for certain amount for a certain amount of food. Its just not right. I did try calling for 30 minutes but no one answered. Also called in and my order was not rang up or cooked I still had to wait even tho I called it in ( live 18 minutes away and they asked wgen i wabted it ready for i said now) luckily im patient and dont care too much I care more about what Im paying for and, I just dont want to pay for things and not get them and I should not always have to count all the pieces of chicken if I order 15 pieces....I should get 15 I even confirmed with her because it did not look like 15. I got my corn fritters this time. The food is absolutely amazing but just wish I was not getting screwed out on my money. I work hard too and make little pay so eating out is expensive now adays and a luxury. Yes Maryland fried chicken your food is luxury for real! Please always just double check...

Best fried chicken in Florida , addictive like a fat rip of cocahina, okay I hadn’t eaten at this particular Maryland , so the two in central Florida have a different chicken , that is the chicken that’s like c&$@k-coc$?ne, this is a knock off of those , the okra was good and I like they give ranch with it and have a size small , and they take debit down here, the one on 50 and the one in Leesburg is cash only , and there’s usually a line, there wasn’t a line in this one in Vero Beach , that should of been my sign and debit card allowed , see the chicken up at those two is so good and delicious that u will drain ur bank account to go eat there chicken I cannot pass those two with out stopping to get chicken thighs are bomb! And the one in Vero should be paying me to eat it , it was so bad I didn’t even eat the other five pieces , the ones in central Florida I’ve already ate 6 pieces looking for 7-8-9 thinking I’m just not Gona tell the family I stopped cause I ate there’s too , sooooo sorry but Winn Dixie has better frozen fried chicken then this Vero Beach fake Maryland Fred chicken I’m looking. After hearing how delicious this fried chicken was, I just had to try it while in Florida visiting my mum. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The chicken was indeed crusted with a thick enough crispy coating, however, the spice was definitely lacking in both the crust and the chicken itself. I ordered the 3 piece, which included a wing, thigh and breast, two small sides (green beans and potato salad) a dinner roll and a large sweet tea. The prices are very reasonable for the quantity of food you receive. The beans were under-flavored and the potato salad was good. The sweet tea ( from scratch) was DELICIOUS!! Best I've had since being in Florida on visit. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a cafeteria. Our cashier was kind and friendly, which definitely made the experience way better. The tables were dirty in the dining room and I ended up wiping them down myself before eating. This would be a good quick lunch or snack option. I think a deviation from the recipe to add for additional spice in the chicken would do wonders...
