I’ve always had a good experience even through Store pick up, but I went a couple of days ago to see if on the return there was someone who can help exchange, but instead I received a rude employee did the exchange without telling me that I would loose the coupon plus the Kohl’s cash and on top of that telling me I could order it through the phone or on the kiosk, and that she couldn’t throw the bag that was with my return that I had to throw it myself on the recycle bin I did throw it and she laughed with other 2 employees who were talking all about their horrible life These people have no respect towards customers they think they own the store if this keep happening I will call corporate! I was in the clearance section looking at my phone waiting kept being followed by store employees because I had a backpack on kind of made me feel like they thought I was going to steal something. Maybe they should go to their shoes section and stop people from putting old shoes in boxes and walking out with new shoes instead of assuming that because I have a backpack on I'm going to steal something. I don't recommend anyone shopping at Kohl's or maybe they should look at the Sephora section. Pretty sure people are stealing from there too. Garbage store. Everything's a mess.
