Subway — Restaurant in Victorville

I'd really like to give this place negative 20. As a former employee, I'd like to let everyone know just how they treat their employees. From day one I noticed how unprofessional they were by how they'd talk to us all. They claimed we were a TEAM but a TEAM does not act this way. A TEAM is meant to help, uplift and support at all times one another. Not when they choose. New management swore things would run smoother but refuses to help anyone out while she is there. She likes to hide in the back and then talk down on us when things aren't done. I didn't plan on this post, but the last straw was when they wanted to play games with my last check. So as of now, I'm letting the public know that this place has no respect for their employees and doesn't have any problems talking down on us to customers. I am moving forward and taking all steps to inform whoever is needed so hopefully they change and everyone is treated as deserved, with RESPECT. If any former co-workers see this, you deserve way more!...

The service from the employees was good but that was about it. As soon as I walked in there was a very strong smell that resembled being inside of a nail shop and other people in line agreed. Then there were also weird alarms going off almost the entire time, (almost 20 minutes of waiting in line). One of the alarms was of an old school alarm that went off for more than 5 minutes. The other alarm was a car honking. These sounds weren't from outside or from someone's phone and idk why subway would pick these alarms but they were nerve wrecking. Lastly, the cookies tasted old, definitely not fresh baked same day. I came in the afternoon so there's no reason they should've tasted stale. I definitely wouldn't want to come to this...

The one on Palmdale rd and Amargosa rd in Victorville was horrible. I couldn't believe both our sandwiches had something in it. My daughters Spicy Italian had hairs in it. But what takes the cake is my husband bit into a small piece of metal in his meatball sandwich. Blew our minds. Never in a million years has anything like that happened. They made good on it and gave our money back but will never go back. First clue when my daughter said look at the Guacamole. It was almost black. I drove 7 miles back to show them. The 1 girl apologized and she said she knew where the metal chard came from. Lucky it...
