I have no idea how this person got all the good reviews for good customer service, I called to make an appointment for my boyfriend and this guy never called back, and because we tried calling back a couple times after HOURS of not getting a reply this guy yelled at us basically trying to tell us to sit tf down for trying to get info on an appointment when he wasn't doing his job for HOURS. Got excited because of all the good reviews, got extremely disappointed. -5 stars. Come here if you have a den1gration k1nk. And no, just so you know, it's not about "waiting for my turn". I would've been all good if you told us to hold on. But you chose to be rude af about it. And now you're telling my bf it's all good to be rude af and insulting bc we checked on you every good couple hours since you weren't doing your job. Daffy is rude and unprofessional. He walked in all high with sleepwear attire. He quoted me $75-85 for a screen repair but informed me I needed to come in to drop off device or pay a $15 deposit. I came in to drop off device and requested an invoice stating I left device. The gentlemen I gave device to said Daffy would be coming shortly and could give me a receipt. When I seen Daffy I immediately regretted it. He then stated repair would be $275 when he had just confirmed it was $75 but then said he never said that. I told him that’s fine I got a few other quotes I can take it there. He handed iPad back aggressively and said go, no one will do it for less. Got it done at MC Repair for $100. And they only accept Zelle or cash app. Sketchy! Terrible business. Reviews...

Must be fake reviews alll over this ghetto stores front page, customer service is TERRIBLE. Asked for an update on my service and immediately upon answering the phone, I'm met with the guy yelling at me "my damn hands are full here, be patient, I don't have time to keep answering the same damn questions!"
