Sofi's Furniture — Local services in Victorville

Well I was patient and I waited. I bought my couch back in march of 2024, literally 3 months later the wooden beams became dislocated and were starting to stick out from the back. As this is a safety concern we stopped sitting on that side of the couch. I contacted Sofis furniture immediately and they only responded to my first initial email. They said they would call me back. A month goes by, nothing.I called again. They say they will call me back again. Nothing. So I finally went in to talk to them personally and they apologized and said the manufacturer stopped making that couch and they were just waiting on another manufacturer to create the section the couch that was defective. They said it wasn’t going to be the same texture but I was ok with that. That store visit was back in October of 2024. They never tried reaching out to me again. Be very careful who you buy your furniture from. This company will only give you the run around after taking your money. Sofis furniture, do better. Customer care after the sale is key to growing...

Never buying anything from here ever again they failed to give me the right parts for the bed I got from them! They said the nails weren't the nails for the bed but we literally used the nails they gave us the wooden sticks that hold the bed kept coming off so I called and they sent someone to fix it I had to pay $40 the only thing he did was put glue! The bed ended up breaking when I called them they said that I had signed that it came in good shape... HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT THE NAILS THAT CAME WITH THE BED WEREN'T FOR THE BED! Bought a whole bedroom set from them and received it at the end of April 2024 and was moving the bed last week and one of the legs in the middle that connects both sides as well as holds up the bed broke last week as I was moving the bed around. It broke so easily and I contacted them asking if the bed had warranty or if there were replacement parts that could be bought and they told me there was nothing they could do and I just had to get a new bed.
