Purchased a recliner there yesterday. Frank was my sales person. We, my son and I, looked at one on the floor, my son is 6'2" and around 250lbs. Hard to find a chair to fit him. We settled on it but asked Frank if the boxed chair was going to feel the same as the one we looked at or if it was going to be real firm. He said it would be like the floor model. I bought it. Got it home out of box and hard as a rock and when foot rest out the chair would go all the way down in recline position you could not sit up. I called Frank he said bring it back. Next day I took it back tags still on, boxed. The manager told me I would have to pay a restocking fee of $130.00 . They checked the chair, sure enough you could not sit any other way than fully reclined and was told nothing they could do about it. The paper i signed, manager stated it said had restocking fee . But was never told this. Have purchased furniture in other stores and have had to return some things. Never a restocking fee. $130. For removing from box and sitting on it a few minutes is a bit ridiculous. Manager told me because they're not a big chain store is why they charge that. So I guess they have to make their money somehow. I kept the chair. They got the price they wanted but I'll be damned if I'm going to give them $130 dollars for NOTHING!! I'll give it away first!! THEY NEED TO LET PEOPLE KNOW OF THIS CHARGE WHEN BUYING!! I am a disabled senior citizen on a very small income buying my son a gift that he can't use. If you shop at this store beware. They tell what you want to hear and don't tell you things you should know. BIG lesson learned for me. Ask a million and one questions or read all the print on the papers you sign. I went in to purchase a bed. Store has a good selection, however, there were a lot additional charges, $90 fee to deliver to apple valley, $50 processing fee, $21 recycling fee (all of which I expected) I was helped by a woman, who was nice but didn't seem like she was on her "A" game which I get it, we all have off days but this was strange to me 1) She had a text sent to my phone (to complete THIS review) she was like "mention my name" so they know I actually worked today because I fell asleep earlier and was sent home." I thought it was a strange thing to say. Then there was some issues with paperwork, almost as if she didn't know what she was doing, as we were walking out, she had to run back to have me sign something else she forgot about. Then to top it off she called me back to back about 5 times on my way home, which I didn't answer. When I was able to return the call, It was the store and the same woman tells me that she made mistake (one of many) and forgot to add a charge to my paperwork having to do with delivery, she charged me for a 2 piece delivery and it should have been 3 (I purchased a cal king bed and box springs) I was already home in Apple Valley and told her I was not going to return to pay $10 for the third piece. She asked if I could stop by and pay tomorrow and she would give me some girl scout cookies 🤔 or I could give the money to the delivery guys, I asked if they would give me receipt and she said "no, don't worry about it." Like, I'm supposed to give delivery guys cash and assume they will give it to you? No thanks.

Update! We loved this place so much that we went back for more! Raul was the associate who helped us this time and he was a joy to work with. Very patient with my pickiness and had a wonderful attitude. Definitely can't go wrong with this store and their wonderful sales team! Thanks for you help Raul!

We turned to Inhome Furniture Gallery after we had already bought a living room set from Ashley's Furniture. Unfortunately we had been waiting THREE MONTHS and still wasn't even guaranteed a delivery date! So we were fed up and cancelled our order and went elsewhere. Immediately we were greeted by Gregg and told him our situation and what we were looking for in couches. He didn't waste anytime and showed us what they had that matched our criteria. Fortunately for us, they had so many items in stock that if we had wanted the couches we wanted delivered the next we could have! (Delivery was even cheaper here than Ashley's by $130+) Gregg was very patient with us, as I am very picky and must look at everything 3 times before I decide, haha and even though we didn't get as many items from them as we would have gotten from Ashley's, we loved it there. The place is huge with lots of selection, and you can buy pieces separately at a decent price!
