My wife needed her rings cut off. I called and spoke to a young man named Jacob, who said he would be happy to see if he could help. Jacob was extremely polite and showed great concern, and empathy, during the process of cutting the rings off, assuring my wife, the rings could be resized and repaired. When all was said and done, he wouldn’t even let us pay for his service, and possibly saved us a very expensive ER visit!
