My wife went to this location after work going to the door, Verizon representative walking through you think you’d hold the door for her not at all which was very rude. She continued maybe he didn’t wanna work with anybody because he ran straight to the back took about five or 10 minutes for another representative at this location only because he was busy OK he turned around asked her. What are you here for? She explained to him that she’s there to put in her discount that they were told she was told you know well we were told to go to the store because there’s a problem with the link so go to the store and they’ll take your ID to put in the discount or put it in the link for you. They said they don’t do that there. They said try Danberry we live five minutes from the store. why would we go to Danberry. I have to say ordering the phones and everything that I’m going through since I got the phones yesterday three hours on the phone with Verizon because they do not explain to you when you’re buying the phones about the billing clearly They tell you don’t worry about the bills just press. OK when you’re when you add your discount and everything that’s when it will reflect so you have to hit OK then you have to do the discount when you get the phones call Verizon. Call Verizon after three hours with Verizon still cannot do the discount and like I said they sent us to this specific store so she can give her ID to do the discount because there’s a problem with the link she told they can’t do it. I gotta say Verizon 50% of your representatives are great the other 50 are liars. if they don’t fix the issue with billing discount by tomorrow, Friday Saturday, I’ll be returning both phones to Verizon so forget about a 30 day trial. I was so disappointed within the first few hours. I do not understand how this location has 4.9 stars with the experience...
Read moreWe have been coming here for years and honestly have always had decent experiences; however, about 2 weeks ago or so, I purchased a new phone through the trade in program. I was hesitant at first as I am leaving abroad May 14 and needed to be able to use an abroad sim, as the Verizon phone plans get expensive and I will be gone for a long time. Franchesca said the phone was locked, but that an eSim would work still and assured me it would be fine. Come yesterday, I try to download the sim so I am ready for my trip, and it says it is not compatible. I called Verizon Wireless Zone and they told me to call 611 and that 611 would be able to unlock it. So I called them and they told me I either had to pay $500 something to unlock the phone or pay $100 per month for the international plan until the phone automatically unlocks on June 20th. Those were the only options, so I went back to the Verizon Wireless Zone today, where I was told that those are the only two options, and that the information I was given was incorrect when I purchased the phone. Their phones only unlock after 60 days post-purchase and you cannot use eSims from international carriers when they are locked. The manager was away so there was not much that could be done at the moment This was just upsetting given that I have now lived abroad a few times so I made sure to ask the questions before purchasing, and now I am having to pay a few hundred more dollars per month to be able to use my phone when I move on Sunday. It was a huge waste of time when I haven’t even finished packing because I’ve now spent over 2 hours on the phone with Verizon people AND $200 extra that I was not planning to be spending. I am also not one to ever leave reviews but this whole situation was a huge stressor pre-moving abroad even from the 611 customer service side so I just wanted to share...
Read moreI'm done coming to this branch. They couldn't figure out that my Verizon account had the "receiving text trigger" was turned off, leaving me unable to receive texts and have difficulty at work because of them. A verizon associate must have turned it off because I don't mess with those settings. Then, I go to upgrade my stepfather's phone and they give a S23 Ultra with a dead pixel on the screen. When I go there to exchange they tell me to call the warranty department because the store will charge me a restock fee. Seriously?? You gave me a defective phone! When I call, I had to pay 100.50 to get a replacement and to call back by next Friday to get that credit back. I've been having to go Verizon for 5 days straight to fix so many issues. I'm getting so fed up with this company. I love the signal and internet but I'm seriously consider disconnecting everything and going to AT&T and...
