They have no idea what they are doing. One of the workers broke my SIM card slot and ended up not working! Kept saying NO SIM. They ended up doing an ESIM and they even had the audacity to charge me for it TWICE because it continued to not work when they were the ones who broke it! Now I have to order a new phone. On top of that they don’t seem trained! I was added to my boyfriends line and this younger male was so rude and annoyed by our presence. He continued to tell us that I HAD TO HAVE the $60 monthly plan so we can get the 3 line discount. LIES. Our bill was at $132 and they were so uneducated they couldn’t even explain why. There were 2 ladies, one was really nice and started to help me but the other lady quickly took over and cancelled everything telling that I have to find a Metro by T-Mobile store, which there is none in the area, and show my ID in order for Metro to confirm to her that I am their real customer. I have switched several times and this is the very first time I've ever encountered this. She was very hostile and did nothing to serve us.
