DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! Go to Dondaros in Vineland. My husband purchased a 14k chain for my new Christmas Necklace just 3 hours ago. We placed it on my neck, and all I did was move the clasp to the back of my neck and the chain snapped in half. We didn't even have it on for 5 minutes. This was 300 dollars. We have the receipt, and again my husband was just in the store hours prior. All they will do is offer to fix it. Obviously the quality of the product is sub par and the fact that they can't see this is obvious. Everyone in the mall has stopped to speak to my husband and will no longer go into that store due to what they saw happening. 300 dollars is gone, just like that. We have never been here before and will never go again. Please do youurself a favor and go anywhere else.

Yes you did eventually give a new one after an upsetting visit to your store. Although my husband said you were apologetic, the women sales representative was rude, condescending and asked why she should lose money on something that I broke. I certainly understand store policy, however if a 300 dollar item breaks within 3 hours of purchase most business models would stand behind their product and acknowledge the malfunction. If I could give them 0 stars I would they’re Gold is cheaply made and they over price. They scammed my husband for 3 gold pendants and a bracelet for a total of $3000. Of course when I found that out I was furious Im fully aware of how these businesses work so me being me I told my husband to return them and get his money back for them to tell him that the jewelry is only worth $200 dollars.
