I came in a couple weeks ago to pick up a brand new PS5 Pro. I had already made up my mind about it for awhile but the bald chubby employee with the reddish beard was very unprofessional with the transaction. Most employees would be excited to sell a brand new console but this man was not having it. He kept pressuring me not to make the purchase by telling me the things he dislikes about the console and how expensive HE thinks it is. He was also very unfriendly about it too. Like he’s just trying to get rid of me at this point. I then told him that I was going to make the purchase anyway and the entire transaction he was just annoyingly upset. Like the last thing he wanted to do that day was do his job. I get people have their opinions about things but I wouldn’t have came in if I had agreed to everything he told me. He was very rude and unprofessional. My next purchase will definitely be from the Millville Gamestop next time.

This gamestop is awful. The staff is rude (and WILL yell at you because they believe they have no repercussions to their actions). They will likely not have what you are looking for, and don't even bother trying to initiate a pick up in store for items from their website at this location because you WILL NOT get the item as they are TOO LAZY to get the item off the shelf for you. They don't know their own company's policies, or willfully ignore them. If you're being helped by Logan, you might as well give up while you're ahead because it will go nowhere unless you're one of...

Waiting overnight for mega evolution. And the lady tells us that we’re not first, when we was sitting on the other side of the mall all night . nobody was in the mall lined up we was the only ones lined up. and she excluded us from her handing out tickets. I just wanna know how you knew we wasn’t first ? Did you circle the mall before clocking in or through out the night? Probably not? It’s just annoying to wait all this time and be excluded because whoever employee thinks otherwise with no proof. Never again. Just to buy overpriced product that’s never actual retail price...
