I'm so tired of giving this place a chance. Worst one in franchise history. They always and I mean ALWAYS forget items. Tonight I tried them again at the pleading of my teenage son only to get the wrong sandwich put in the bag (which I didn't realize until I was home) and they forgot my little one's fruit cup. When I pulled forward and spun around to tell the young man who just handed me the bag that the bag he was handed to give to me was missing the fruit cup he informed me I had to get out of my car and go inside. Excuse me but if I wanted to go inside I would not have been in the drive through...but I digress. I was immediately baffled as I looked at the parking spots in front of me with a car waiting for food to be walked out. Clearly they had enough staff. So here I am 10 feet out of the car line, I could easily park in the waiting lines which again has only 1 car waiting for food, but no I had to go inside. When I immediately told him I couldn't because my toddler was asleep in the car he said sorry ma'am there's nothing I can do with a snide little smirk and turned his back on me. PLEASURE TO SERVE MY BOTTOM! I'm done with this place....

I waited at curbside for 30 minutes with no one coming up to my car to confirm my order again. It was a busy night. So that is why i waited a bit longer than I am usually there for. After calling and speaking to someone, they couldn't find my order or even my name. Another guy came out and spoke with me. I told him about the guy i spoke to under the tent and everything that happened. They took care of the whole meal for free but what really makes them stand out was the fact they gave me a free meal gift card, which i was not expecting at all. They handled everything with a smile and great service, even tentatively listened as i explained the steps i had gone through. I have never once had an experience like this happen all around and this is why i love this chick-fil-a because they treat you with so much respect and like your meal is the only one that matters. I really want to eat, like everyone else... Today I was alone and brave. Not to mention starving. I saw the long line at the Chick-Fil-A drive through, and decided I'd give it a try. My son (also a celiac) LOVES their grilled chicken, and has had it on many occasions. As for myself, I was DYING for some fries... Three young ladies stood on the curb taking orders. The one waiting on me recommended the grilled chicken sandwich on a GF roll, and waffle fries. It was well worth the wait!! The only things that would have made this meal absolutely perfect were: a slice of orange cheese, a few strips of bacon, pickle slices and less plastic packaging for the sandwich contents. I absolutely LOVED my lunch! Right down to the honey spread for the chicken, and the nice fresh toppings. The roll was tasty, not dry or crumbly. Chick-Fil-A, you guys rock! We'll do...
