What can I say it was an amazing experience. I was greeted and met with a warm, beautiful smile and kind eyes then asked what I was interested in getting. Then began a beautiful dance of exploration (sorta of like the gentle flutter of butterfly wings looking for a flower) on what I was looking for. As I explained the purpose of the gift Julieanna then gracefully showed and displayed the necklace options with charms. As she explained the insurance options I felt no pressure to purchase but ultimately did for the necklace. As I was happy to complete the gift I was delighted at the way Julianna gently walked me through the purchasing process. Then she graciously honored my military discount which is always a hard ask. All in all this is where a Blue Morpho butterfly helped a moth complete a gift. Looking forward to...

Went there at 12pm today looking to get my 7 month old ears pierced and I should have just walked away when I wasn’t even greeted when I was at the counter and heard every excuse in the book to not pierce her ears. “We need an ID or proof showing her age” “we need a birth certificate” “we need an insurance card with her birthday on it”… which I was able to show the insurance card with her birthday on it.. but because it didn’t have the letters “DOB “ it was invalid, but nothing on the website states any of that. The cherry on top was the LACK OF EMPATHY, not even asking me to come back with the paperwork needed or having me at least look at the jewelry and set up an apt for later or tomorrow.. she just said “sorry state of NJ changed policy...

Our experience was great!!! My son (9yrs old) got his ear pierced. The staff was so nice and knowledgeable and helpful immediately. I love how you get 2 earing with the piercing packs and the piercing itself is free with purchase of ear rings. So if he wants the other ear done we just bring the sealed earing and the piercing costs nothing.! The jewelry is well layed out and very eye catching. The girls were so amazingly sweet and hyped my son up for his first piercing. I could tell they really wanted to make his experience a good one and not scare him...over all I will be back for the 3rd day in a row I got a lip ring yesterday which has a ball instead of a flat back and it's way more comfortable than flat back lip posts.
