Marshalls — Local services in Vineland

I had THE worst customer service experience today in my life at this Marshalls store here in Vineland, NJ. I went to return 3 items well within the 30 day return period. I was informed that personal care items, in this case 2 Estee Lauder White Linen perfumes and one hand wash soap set could not be returned because of Covid-19. Even though they were in perfect factory sealed condition with clear wrappers around the estee lauder perfumes. I accepted it even though it makes no sense what so ever and as the sales associate put the perfumes back in the bag, dropped! them on the floor!!! Glass bottles, $27 items each. They have been smelling very suspicious since as if the bottles were cracked or something, however, I don't want to open the bottles because then I would break the factory seal.

This is totally unacceptable and I will NEVER set a foot into a Marshall's or any of their affiliated stores ever...

There is an mazing selection of clothes for great prices, and the shoes are always up to date with the season and trends. There is something for everyone at this store and you will most likely not leave empty handed because of such a huge variety of merch here. Go into the home goods section at your own risk, because you will have the urge to remodel your whole dining and living rooms after seeing the modern and stylish pieces they carry. If you really like something and will regret not getting it, get it. You will probably not find it the next time you go in because everything goes so quickly and they do not restock the same stuff, but only put out new and...

My absolute favorite store!!! Always freshly stocked with things I never knew I needed! If you have a little girl, this is the BEST place to shop for clothes and accessories!
