Michaels — Local services in Vineland

I`m not one to need things in a craft store but while out Black Friday shopping with my daughter and her mums they wanted to go in to get some sale items. When I walked in the store appeared to be a bit "out of place" or cluttered but then it was the biggest shopping day of the year so I won't hold that against them. My dislike of them also is more directed towards the company and their sale flyer which had a coupon for 30% off your purchase which was the only reason I got a couple things myself. While checking out though we found out there was a fine print exception on the back of the coupon that did not cover some of the items I had picked up only because I thought they would be cheaper than the posted price. Not wanting to worry about a couple dollars I let it pass but decided instead to use this forum to say buyer beware or at least read the fine print or if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. A lot of the things my daughter's mums got were not included in the coupon so now we will hear about that for years to come but oh well it will also help relive the good memories of the day so not getting the reduced price on the couple things I got was worth the added expense. I was extremely please with the service i rec'd, the young gentlemen Brian i believe was his name went extremely out of his way to help me in the picture frame dept. This was the Vineland mall Michael's this young man couldn't be more polite an professional. Hobby lobby couldn't take the time with me so i left an went out of my way to the Vineland store glad i did. He put my picture in the frame I purchased there in 10 min. I didn't have to be put on a list like the other place said they would try,to have it ready for Christmas 3 days away. He also helped me pic a frame out to match my picture. He gave me a Michael's discount using his phone as I left mine in my car so i would not have to go all the way out in the parking lot to get mine as I am 70. I wasn't going to say anything, but I just read other reviews about it 😒 Seems like I'm not the only one ..My family and I came here recently before Christmas to look for some gifts. And this old lady (cashier/employee) with white hair, purposely went to stare at us in the isle we were in looking at stuff. And she didn't say anything, but felt very rude and kinda racist. And as we were walking out the store some customer said outloud "it's weird you aren't buying anything", this customer seemed to have been talking to this employee before hand.
