If I could give this location zero stars, I absolutely would. The customer service here is beyond terrible! Every time I visit, I leave frustrated and upset with how I'm treated, but today was the final straw. When I called to cancel an order, ANN (the black old lady) spoke to me with an incredibly rude attitude. Yesterday, I purchased nearly $500 worth of items at full price, only to find out today that they were on sale for 25% off. Naturally, I decided to return the regular-priced items and repurchase them with the discount. I placed an online order for in-store pickup with the discount, and when we reviewed my order, they had forgotten one of the charms I had ordered. If I hadn’t noticed, I would have left the store without it. I sent my husband to return the items, which were in perfect condition, and instead of simply processing the return, they had the audacity to question why the items were in such great condition, making him feel uncomfortable. They then accused him of returning the items just to get the discount, speaking to him like he was a child. ANN actually told him, "Say the truth, you want the discount," implying he was doing something wrong. It was incredibly disrespectful and unnecessary. To make matters worse, they told him he needed to contact Klarna for the refund, which wasn’t true. At this point, I had to go into the store myself because my husband was so frustrated by the way he was treated. When I walked in, ANN gave me a sarcastic look and attitude. She then handed me off to Kelsey, who proceeded to question me as if I was committing some sort of crime for wanting to use the discount. Kelsey made me so uncomfortable that I had to lay all my credit cards on the counter to prove I wasn’t lying, as they kept making faces and whispering amongst themselves. She even questioned why I purchased the items at another Pandora store, as if that should have mattered. Finally, when they were about to issue the refund, it turns out they didn’t actually need the Klarna app to process it, despite what they’d told my husband. When I asked why he was told differently, they just made up some excuse. They made him uncomfortable for absolutely no reason, and it was clear they were more interested in making a sale than providing good service. About 2 weeks after getting this bracelet, one of the clips seems to pop off without me noticing and I lost it. First of all, spending $75 on a clip about the size of a pea should not fall off easily. I also don't do anything crazy while wearing it to justify it falling off. I don't live close to this store so it took me a while to go up there for a warrenty claim. When I went in they we nice and helpful and said they will send out the request and they will call me in 4-6 weeks to get my replacement. I called 5 weeks later to check on the status and she informed me that all warrenty work can take up to 8 weeks. A little frustrating since I was told 4-6 but I could live with that. 8 weeks rolls around and no call from the Pandora store. By the end of the 9th week I call and am informed that it was not in and the person who handles the warrenty program was out for the weekend and she will speak to that person on Monday and call me with an update. So Monday rolls around and I wait until 5, still no call, so I call and speak with the same lady from Friday. She informs me that person had an emergency and was not in that day and she sent that person an email and would contact me as soon as she heard back. Emergencies happen so I understand that. I wait until Wednesday late afternoon (6pm) and I call back. I spoke with a man who said there was a mixup and they do not know when I will be getting it back. He blamed it on corporate not handling warrenty correctly but they have fixed it now and it all just depends on when they get a shipment in of the same clip and they will just replace mine with one in their stock. Okay, when will you have them in stock? He replies with "I'm not sure". I have been waiting for nearly 10 weeks for 1 clip for warrenty and it is absolutely ridiculous. Read morei placed an online pickup order for a few christmas gifts two days before christmas. so firstly, when i received the email that the order was ready after 2 hours, they informed me at the same exact time that one of the pieces were not available. understandable because it’s busy during the holidays but not understandable that they waited until the last second to inform me, without giving me the option to choose something else. i ordered an engraved necklace for my mom & a charm with a bangle bracelet for my MIL (bangle free if you spend over $125, which is why i even chose to get her a gift from pandora in the first place). when i arrived i was told they were out of bracelets & to contact customer service & they’ll send me one in the mail. annoying but i get its busy. definitely take down your advertisements plastered all over the store then because that’s the only reason why i knew it was a promo. and LASTLY, the engraving machine stopped working so i could not engrave my necklace. the rep told me to wait 30 mins and come back to see if its on, gave them 45 for good measure. the RUDE woman at the door stopped me and said the engraving machine had not been working for 3 days and they’re not fixing it because they don’t have time and she doesn’t even know why they’d tell me to wait.
