We waited a long time to be seated. Then we waited a long time for our order to be taken. We had to wait a very long time for our wings to come out. When they came out they were hard, over cooked, and cold. So I asked for a supervisor Alicia came out. She was just full of excuses an no results. One thing she said is that they have alot of online orders to tend to that is why our food took so long to come out. Not to sound selfish but I am a paying customer as well as the online orders an I fell I need equal or greater treatment as well. She had no answer for why our food was cold then she proceeded to walk away so when the waiter came back I asked him to take my order of wings off because they were hard as a rock and to cold to eat. Then I told him That it made no sense for one to wait as long as we did for our food. Not only that, then for the food to come out old an cold it should have been hot. To add insult to the situation further two other parties came in 20 minutes after us an they had there food an was almost finished. So his response was that he will tell the manager Alicia to come back to the table. This time it took her 15 minutes to come back. It was as if she was dreading to come to see what we wanted or she just didn't care .She did not come back with a solution she said and I quote " I don't know what to do. What do you want me to do"? My wife asked if they could make it over and if they could, would it take long. So she made there order over I just asked her to take my wings off an not to make mine over. So they made the order over. I have 32 yrs mangment experience and also I was a General manager for 26 Restaurants,I am a entrepreneur of 7 successful businesses. My 5 children have their own businesses This was a poor case of not having your aces in their places. Remember that you only have one time to make a first impression and everyone will not be as vocal about their experience they just don't come back. I passed plenty of eateries places on my way to your establishment so let's not forget that you have to give me a reason to not only come to your establishment but also return for further experiences. Make me understand while I am there why I need to further this costumer to consumer relationship. I pray that this gets to upper echelon so that they can correct this problem before this place cease to exist. Remember that to lose 1 customer a day you have just lost 365 customers in 1 year. I uploaded a picture of my receipt to show that she didn't even have any remorse for there mistakes and that she didn't even discount the amount for taking long, waiting long, or just for screwing up my order.
ps. we never ordered the drinks or the other stuff that was comps...

they are ill equipped to handle a large gathering of people. So if you plan on going here to watch a game or fight or any high profile event I highly suggest you reconsider. Me & some coworkers come into this place around 12am to watch the Jon Jones fight. Place is packed, cool. Nobody at the front. Cool. Weāll seat ourselves. Wait for twenty minutes without being greeted after numerous walk thrus by the servers. Made eye contact with them and everything & they just completely ignore us. So i get fed up an i approach one of the servers to ask who is taking care of our table. She says she doesnāt know but sheāll assist us. I ask her when the kitchen closes & she reassured me that they would be open as long as we get our order in before 1. we go on the app & they allow us to order our food AFTER putting in our card information. which is ridiculous because whats the point of having āserversā? theyāre just glorified food runners. Anyways, the menu interface is trash & it took at least 10 minutes trying to figure that out. Couldnt ask questions about the menu items at all as the server couldnt even navigate the website either. If you have allergies this isnt the place to dine in at. me and my coworkers finish our orders around 12:45ish. Almost 30 minutes go by, well after the fight is over, before the manager ābrandonā sits at our table (due to him being deaf) to inform us that they will not be able to process our orders because their kitchen was already closed. His excuse was the staff were all new and misunderstood protocol during a big event. As a guest trying to dine in at your establishment i am thoroughly confused as to how that has ANYTHING to do with ME. That sounds like a managerial problem. its not my fault the managers cant train people properly in order to take care of guests sufficiently. Long story short they voided all of our orders but thats peanuts in comparison to the fact that we can STILL see people getting drinks brought to their table & see staff leaving the kitchen with their own food & are actively eating in front of us. The table next to us had the same problem also they just never approached a server like i did to get their attention. I think itās really disrespectful to the people you are supposed to be taking care of & iāll NEVER be coming back to the buffalo wild wings at Cumberland Mall. Entire staff should be fired. Worst experience I've ever had while trying to eat out. Im not surprised they only have 3 stars. It should be 1...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe walked in around 8:45 pm. The bar was pretty full and there was about four tables seated. The hostess asked if we wanted to sit at the bar, and we said no. She sat us at a high top next to the bar and said we could order through the QR code on the table or wait for a server. We waited about ten minutes and no one stopped by, so we ordered through the QR code. Shortly after that, a server stopped by and asked if we had been helped. We said no, but that we ordered through the code and would like some waters. We asked how the code worked and if the order went through since we didn't pay yet. He said each code was connected to the table and we could pay with him afterwards. All we ordered was one appetizer sample platter. After a few minutes, we saw our server walking around with a sample platter, but he didn't give it to anyone and took it back to the kitchen. We saw him walking around with it a couple more times, but still taking it back to the kitchen every time. After thirty minutes, my friend saw him standing by the kitchen, so she said she thought it was ours that he had been carrying. He asked what sauce we had on the wings, then went into the kitchen. He never came back to our table or brought us food. After another five minutes, we asked the hostess for a manager. She went in the kitchen, then came out and went back up front. No manager ever came, so we stopped someone another five minutes later asking for a manager. He said he was one of them. We told him we had been waiting over 45 minutes at this point, so he went in the kitchen and brought us our food after about five minutes. He didn't give a good explanation, just that they were one of the first stores with the QR codes and because of that, they had less wait staff. I don't know how many waiters were there, but we saw about ten employees walking around, not including kitchen staff. We ate the food, which was good, but it wasn't hot like they just made it. We waited to see the manager again and asked to be comped since he didn't offer us anything when he was helping us. He graciously comped the appetizer. The "server" we had only stopped by our table once in the beginning and then asked us if we needed anything after the manager brought our food. He walked by us numerous times. He also had his pants falling down so we could see his tighty whities. Very inappropriate and very surprising he was getting away with it. The only reason I give it two stars is because the manager was nice and the food was...
