My daughter's fifth birthday here was an absolute blast and totally successful!! So much so that her friend in her class that came is now having his fifth birthday party there in January. But the staff was super awesome and we had the whole place to ourselves and the price is super amazing for the hour and a half time frame. I was also able to bring in all the food and drink that I needed. The Superman blow up bouncy house was such an awesome and fun thing for the kids to do. My daughter also comes here for her tumbling classes and also did ninja classes for a while and the staff has always just been wonderful with her and she enjoyed it...

Horrible! The facility is dirty, covered in dust with insulation hanging out from some of the ceiling panels. The manager and owner are not willing to work with unhappy customers. No one ever answers the phone! It took me leaving four messages and contacting them through email to have someone call me back! They have $70 of mine in prepaid classes and refuse to refund it back to me or let me use the classes without paying a yearly registration fee. I will never come back to this place and highly recommend that everyone stay away. You can find a nicer more professional and cleaner...

My daughter has been taking lessons at Defy for over a year and I can't say enough positive things about how much her skill levels have improved, her confidence in herself has increased significantly, and her core has gotten strengthened; not just in her lessons but also in the open gym classes. No matter how large or small the open gym classes are, Jonathan always manages to structure the classes where each student can work on their own skills but he is still able to still coach and give feedback individually.
