Extremely disappointing. The furniture selection was replaced by clothes, and not even cute clothes. The only cute clothes were the baby clothes. There were a small handful of couches and I'm pretty sure it's overstock from when they closed. The prices of the furniture has skyrocketed. The previous owners of Big Lots would be more disappointed than I was when I couldn't even find a lamp that looked good. If you're looking for furniture, don't come here. It isn't Big Lots anymore. It's Ross with a grocery section. Time to go to Roanoke for...

Love me some BIg Lots!! I used to go to the 220/Franklin Road store because it is closer to my home. However I have recently discovered that the Vinton store moved to Bypass Road right down the street and it is much bigger and has way more items. Also the credit terms aren't bad if you don't carry a balance. Used wisely the Big Lots Credit Card is a blessing. I will be getting my new livingroom furniture soon. Easy terms. Good selection. The staff is helpful and friendly in...
