I am a regular customer at this location, sometimes several times a week. This morning I stopped in to get my daughter a drink, she always orders a Venti, no ice strawberry açaí lemonade and they always fill it all the way up to the top. Not just this location but everywhere we’ve been!! Today they only filled it halfway up in the barista, was ready to explain when she saw the look on my face. I know it’s not their fault as she stated they are cracking down on management. But I even asked her to top it off with ice and the liquid still did not come all the way to the top. She would not fill it up. I paid for a Venti, and got a tall size of product. I got ripped off. And my daughter was hugely disappointed. Read moreThe Starbucks in Vinton Kroger is consistently understaffed. The staff is exceptional however, one person working cannot keep up with the demand. People are walking away after a lengthy wait. One person taking orders AND the making orders is just not enough. There to be two people working almost all the time. If this is supposed to be a cost saving measure it's backfiring on you. You're losing money because you're losing orders. This is why I only give 4 stars...
