Pak Mail — Local services in Virginia Beach

It takes them coupe of months to scan your mail. You still need to ask them couple of times. You spend about 1 hour with support every time. It's been going on for about 6 months. Every time I needed a scan. Then they lost a piece of my mail, of value at least $3,500, not even talking about my lost reputation. A very important piece of evidence for Federal Court. They scanned the envelope. When I requested them to scan the contents - that piece of mail was lost. They had been hiding this fact for 4 months. They refunded me $2.25 "item's storage fee". That's when it became unbearable for me. Do not use...

Before I get into the negative, I will say this was a great place to find some unusual boxes. I had a plastic sign I had to mail 18 X 18 and this was the only place I could find a box. I had previously gotten a quote from USPS for the item size, wt with a box and the destination zip code for $19. I show up in pakmail today, since my USPS was closed, and they quoted me $60!!!!! I have been mailing tons of items through eBay, items that were much larger and significantly heavier for not even half that price. And at $60 the item wouldn't even get there for even a week!!! Ridiculous I don't recommend...

Would not recommend this business. Been in many times and when I went in on Saturday to use notary service store was empty with employee sitting doing nothing. Employee said “I am a notary. You need an appointment one day in advance.” I asked if employee would do it because she was not busy and the store was completely empty of customers. She said “ no thats the rules”.
