I dont usually do these and I sincerely hope I can addendum this to 3 stars and walk away from business with them in the future.

First and foremost, this isnt a 1 star review because the front end staff have been polite, responsive, and apologetic through this whole ordeal. Thats been the only highpoint of this story.

I started experiencing a transmission shudder in my chevy colorado 6 months ago and reported it to them 3 times, brought it in twice before it was recognized as a known issue with the transmission per GM. I was told clearly that this was undrivable/near total failure. This is all under warranty mind you. The folks i dealt with were very polite and gave me a nice sedan as a loaner. I made clear that I needed a truck by mid September, mine or a loaner. The rep I dealt with at the time assured me that would not be an issue.

Fast forward about a month to today. I contacted them twice this week and was just informed on friday evening near closing that this was impossible and that since my truck was "technically drivable", see the part where I was told in no uncertain terms it was not, that they owed me no loaner whatsoever. That the one we are driving is just a kindness. They also said that they still have no timeline on when mine will be ready. I reported this issue in may and had it towed in for a shudder in early summer. I was told it was running fine.

Not only have my communications been dodged and Ive been mislead, but this whole thing could have been addressed several months prior.

I am actively trying to remedy this. I am exceptionally dissapointed and pointedly put out by the lack of a truck.

After several reminder emails and texts received the week prior to my service appt at 10:00 AM, I arrive @ 9:55 to check the vehicle in. At previous service appts I had requested courtesy rides back home due to very recent knee replacement surgery and significant swelling issues if sitting too long. This time however, they said it would be only an hour, so I decided to wait. Fast forward one and a half hour I decided to check what was taking so long. I was told they had a snag with another vehicle and mine would be serviced soon. Already hurting, what could I say. I stayed by the service desk for another half hour till they pulled my vehicle into the shop. Then it took 38 minutes to complete the work and give me my bill. No apology for the delay, seeming no concern at all - and they very much knew of my medical knee issue. I can’t express how disappointed I am with the service, communication, and billing ($2,200 to replace both driver side door wiring harnesses). I will not be recommending your service to anyone I come in contact with, and even would offer the advice to stay away from you people as a solution to someone’s automotive needs. Sorry this sounds harsh, but sometimes the truth is hard to accept. Hopefully this message reaches someone with an ownership stake in this business so as to not address these...

Took my reagent used car purchase (Toyota Avalon) to iron trail for oil change and a general look overfor concerns of various leaks and shake and noise on the steering. Paid for the inspection and was told the noise and leak was from the drive shaft. Estimate was written and service was scheduled for the following week. As I was leaving the service truck said they had to take my car back because the wrong oil was put in my car. Bring my car back to Toyota the following week for repairs got a call that a different truck said the noise and leak was from the boot on the strut and tie rod needed to be replaced along with tire was bad. 1400.00 Toyota had my car for a week before parts came in. When I picked up the car it still had a noise in the steering, and still had leaks. Called to talk with service manager still waiting for a call back left multiple messages. WILL NEVER give them my business again. I took the car to a local mechanic leak is from the radiator and power steering pump noise is the steering rack another 1500.00 I am beyond angry!
