I purchased my 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 from this dealership in the summer and paid top dollar for it. On top of that, I financed the truck at a poor rate, which benefited the dealership financially, and I also purchased a powertrain warranty and the $1,000 Northland Package to protect the vehicle from rust annually.
Two weeks after buying the truck, I had to bring it in for service. They covered the cost, but it was for an issue that absolutely shouldâve been addressed before selling the vehicle in the first place. Iâm 29 and self employed now I have to pay for this so I can sell it.
