KFC — Restaurant in Virginia

Edited to add on 10/20, we have continued to try to purchase from there, and at least the last three times we have had to call inquiring where part of our order is. Last night there was no dipping sauces for any meal. This is a clearly a poor management issue. Every time I call it is “I apologize, we are training new staff tonight...”

We have the worse luck there getting what we ordered. Wrong sides, missing sides, whole missing meals, consistently. Today I was pressured into adding a combo to get a cookie. I checked through the bag before I left the window, to the disdain of the clerk, they even gave me original recipe which I ordered. So often that is wrong. Got home, and no cookie. Worst KFC ever!! The inside dining is closed, even though there are no current covid restrictions keeping them closed. So I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 meals, and specifically asked for honey, Jelly, salt and pepper. When we got our food they had shorted one meal out of a piece of chicken, there was no honey, jelly or salt and pepper.... when I called them to tell them they shorted on chicken and condiments they told me that you have to specify that you want condiments.... which I had..... and I told her that..... but why would you not give the customers the condiments for their dry biscuits? This place is a joke I will never order from them again. They did not get our $90.00 order correct and did not receive half our food then got a run around to get the rest of our food or money back. I was on the call for 46 minutes while the food became cold and no one had dipping sauces or drinks. That was a great start to the New Year. Don't think you will get good service.
