I used the app as I always do and ordered a vanilla iced latte but when I picked it up it didn’t taste like there was any flavor in it so I politely asked if i could get a couple more pumps. I was immediately told I didn’t order flavor (I definitely did) and she then tells me they’re out of vanilla. Ok…. I then asked if I could have something else because I don’t like it plain at all. She seemed really annoyed that I was even there. I ordered again from one in Osceola wi and again it said I had no flavor (again, I definitely did) and I asked for a couple pumps since i again assumed it just wasn’t enough and this time my exact words were “don’t hate me but can I please bother you for a couple more pumps of vanilla” and big shock, one of them barked at me about them charging extra for that. Ok? I’ll pay whatever, I’m. It paying $7 for a coffee I dont like. This is an app issue I think and I intend on calling customer service to figure it out but if I wanted to be treated poorly I would go the Starbucks. My caribou needs to talk to their employees about not being total rags to customers who are already overpaying for coffee. I’m very reluctant to say anything to customer service because I did once before and those people knew it was me, I went in again and another employee told me that the manager knew it was me and I don’t know how they knew that but I didn’t appreciate it. I’m literally just looking for a cup of coffee. Why is that so hard for people who got jobs making cups of coffee? If you wanna be rude to me, that’s fine, but don’t forget I get to be rude back then. I stopped going to Caribou for a long time just because of this and I’m about...
Read moreI've been holding off on doing a review of this location. Mainly because I wanted to visit it a handful of times and give it a fair chance since my past visits were disappointing. Unfortunately it has not gotten any better. From extraordinarily long wait times to items made wrong, it continues to disappoint. Today I really hoped to give a good review but, after watching the barista scratch a rash and stick that hand in the ice to make my drink it changed my mind. Afterward I watched only 2 espresso shots go into my large iced Americana. This was after the barista stand around wondering what to do and asking another employee how to make it, only to be told you got it. I have notified corporate about the problems I've had in the past and they have been responsive, however nothing in store has changed. With that in mind it is going to be what it is. Perhaps in the future I can re review this location and score it...
Read moreHi Caribou crew!
Recently my girlfriend and I swung through here on our way back home from a mini holiday away. We placed our order and there was some confusion over her drink order, and we ended up getting something made incorrectly.
My GF noticed right away it wasn't almond milk in her mocha so I encouraged her to go back through (my time spent working at coffee shops has taught me they will make it right for you). She was very nervous cause she doesn't want confrontation, so I guided her through what to say to help ease her. The staff was very polite but seemed like they were expecting us to be very mad. But we weren't mad, guys. You all are beautiful and I'm sorry if people yell at you over small mistakes. No worker deserves that treatment. Thank you for being kind/helpful. We'll definitely stop through here...
