Don't bother going to this location if you're using rewards/redeeming offers online/mobile, paying with a gift card, or require honest management.

None of your rewards/offers will apply if you try to order online/mobile for this specific location. They will work if you order from the Mooney location.
Their scanner doesn't read gift cards correctly, so those will have to be manually entered. That's fine if you're not in a hurry. I couldn't get the gift card to work on my mobile/online order either (I tried both ways, twice).
Typically in a restaurant situation, management will make things right when you encounter issues. I was offered a re-make voucher by a manager due to all the ordering issues I encountered.
I came back later to redeem the manager's offer only to be told that they don't work here anymore so the offer doesn't count. My consolation prize: a page of coupons you would have received in the mail. If you have to involve management in any fashion, don't trust any future-visit offer, take the resolution immediately.

When I arrived home, I immediately noticed that I received a regularly sized chicken breast and another that appeared to be more like an undersized chicken thigh. Basically, the other piece of chicken breast was about 1/4 the size of the one I was satisfied with. To be fair, however, when I drove back to the restaurant and brought the concern to their attention... they immediately made it right. Kudos to manager on duty (the sweet young lady that seem to always wear a colorful hair scrunchie) who continues to resolve issues without hesitation whenever an issue rarely comes up. Also, I appreciated how the cook (Martin) apologized for the inconvenience and went back to his kitchen to replace the severely undersized chicken breast right away. The purpose of this review is to really bring the importance of consistently and quality control of items. Customers will naturally expect to receive the same quality (or serving size) assuming it's for the same price. So if this is an issue with a supplier, it's probably something that needs to be discussed. First time I ordered an original pollo bowl meal with a drink and chips and a double pollo bowl with chips and drink. Did not receive my drinks I called the manager I spoke with said she would put my name on the list second time I meal was missing ideas and this third I placed my order on the app so I could just go inside and pick it up and it said it would be ready in 10-12 mins, tell me why I was there for 24 mins waiting for my meals, I finally went to ask the cashier if my meal was ready and she said they were still waiting on my double pollo bowl. Then I asked her to show me my order since they have been making mistakes not giving my order glad I did or I would have once again left with missing food. I let the cashier know the last time I placed an order they had forgotten to give me my drinks and she went to the manager and she started saying she needed my receipt even though I had spoken with a manager and clearly had said they were going to put my name on the list so I can get my correct order.
