Has my son's birthday at Roller town on Sunday Oct. 8, 2023 @ 3:30. Was not a very good experience at all!! I've had my other kids parties here before and they were great. This time was completely opposite. They were having like 3 other parties at the same time. Bad idea whoever is in charge of booking. First of all I had to drop off the birthday boy and my older son and his gf to watch the kids while I went back to pick up more people. They were not allowed into the building until a half an hour after our party time because the girl was saying the party wasn't paid for. Which it totally was! Their mistake in book keeping. As we are in there the party host told me they were running out of the stuff to make the pizzas. She brang us 2 pizzas. I paid for the $400 party package which was for 30 kids and 10 adults. She was going to get us the pitchers of soda and she forgot about us. I had to ask for the soda 3 different times when she finally brang them ,out session was ending in 10 mins. Same thing with the paper plates cups and spoons that they were providing for the party. We couldn't do the cake because we had no plate or utensils until they said our session was over. Also my skaters were asked to clear the floor for the other party for a game or something. Which I do t feel was right at all since my package was to have all that included and my skaters did not get the floor or game to themself. I am not happy at all with the way my son's party was handled. If you are going to book 3 parties together you need to make sure you have enough staff scheduled to handle it. Not even half the guests got to eat and there was nothing to make my son feel like it was his special day. I'm sorry but that was a complete waste of money for me. Like I said we have had several other parties there before and with this kind of service I don't think I will do it again. Way too Too much money to not get what you paid for. I asked for a refund for at least the first 30 minutes my party wasn't allowed into the building and for the other part of the guests to be accommodated with something else to eat but neither was granted. I received a family pass for 4 people with skate rental to 1 session of roller skating. That's by far not nearly close to being comparable to what services lacked being provided that was paid for. Completely unsatisfied with this experience. I cannot even give a star rating it sucked that bad. But since I cannot post with a star rating I have to apply 1 that's...
Read moreUnited Skate is where it's at like on a whole other level. Never again will I waste money here. I hope this place burns down. The first thing I didn't like about this rink is that their floors are cheap & plastic. Every time I come to this roller rink I get all kinds of stuff in my wheels, on my wheels a whole bunch of Gunk residue candy that I have to scrape off. The plastic floors would be even nicer if they knew how to keep up the cleanliness of them. This roller rink should be spic and span. And some of the things that they allow it's kind of rinky-dink e. I don't think it's right for them to let people walk out on the floor without wheels on their feet. You have mother's pushing their kids in strollers on the floor. There's no ground considered holy here if it's one thing that they should consider holy ground it should be the rink floor. The carpet in there should be thoroughly vacuumed. I don't like the idea of taking other people's hair follicles home with me. They need to step it up a notch I've never had this problem anywhere else except Roller Towne. I don't see the joy and paying almost $8 just to dirt my skates and get them on nasty. if that's how they're going to run that place it should be cheapskate every night. And their customer service sucks. I don't know why some people are so in denial and just can't seem to take constructive criticism. My skates and my wheels are custom I paid way too much money to be messing them up like that. If someone that works there or someone of management see's this they should really take this feedback into consideration for the greater good of...
Read moreThis place was awesome! It was a place I could take all my kids and they had walkers and other toys for them to help learn with. I asked an employee where they were and they said The last two they had had just broke and they were going to be ordering new ones soon, I went out front and asked for a refund after not skating at all because my kids weren’t safe there. The manager got quite loud with me immediately and started putting her hand over my face from behind the glass to try and silence me. And then she told me she wasn’t going to give me my refund, even though she was pulling out the money. she told me they haven’t had walkers there for 10 years and I told her I literally have pictures of my children using them here within the last year, and she continued to lie to me. She eventually gave me my refund because there was a line piling up behind me, and I had turned and apologized to them.
Then don’t promote yourself as an activity for small children if you can’t support their needs safely. Also please don’t make it hard for the moms just trying to keep their kids safe and have money for the...
