Walmart on S. Mooney Blvd, Visalia Pharmacy Dept. has a tech there with a patch over one eye. Wins the all time award for being the Absolute Rudest Clerk anywhere. The rest of the associates in this store go out of their way to help. The tech actually yells at people to leave his store. It is not worth waiting in line to see such behavior. Good luck to anyone around him. I will no longer get my meds there after seeing and hearing what I did from him...
