UPDATE: I haven’t seen a copy of an incident report that I was told I would receive and now noticed I was charged $135 on the same day the incident happened when we never agreed to any charges besides $3 for socks for our daughter.
I hate that I have to rate this low because I was so excited to enjoy this place with my two year old. We showed up signed waivers and then asked if adults needed non slip socks too. When we asked the employee told us “we are being lenient because parents were complaining that the website didn’t say they needed non slip socks so you don’t need them” so we assumed we would be fine. As I went to go kick a small plastic ball back toward the playground I immediately lost my footing and landed straight on my elbow. I went into shock so I thought I was fine and went to the front with my husband to get a bandaid. They said “we’re sorry that happened to you we are definitely mandating tomorrow(3/22/25) that everyone needs to wear non slip socks.” The waiver says the area should be used as intended and to follow the rules yet the rules were immediately broken by the establishment by telling us we didn’t need non slip socks. Turns out after we went to the car and realized how bad it was I needed STITCHES. 3 stitches and a traumatizing day later I don’t feel comfortable taking my daughter there any longer. I’m sad about it but also feel like this could have been prevented. We just started taking our daughter to places like this and had no idea that it would be THAT slippery. And I understand they’re brand new and working out the kinks. But in no way do I think they should have been allowing anyone back there without non slip socks and it’s super unfortunate this was...
Read moreWrote an indepth Yelp review, but my ratings are below. I think this place did a great job overall. I'm not a mom who plays about germs, over crowded, unsafe spaces for my kids. I have actually never taken my kids to an indoor play area, but I tried this one and am confident they will be set apart from the rest. Will we be back from time to time, sure. But the minus one star is for the price. $35 for my 1 year is a bit much. But having to pay that twice because I have two kids is making this an occasional activity for us.

Read moreHad a great experience! Only one big downside. I would have gotten a membership on the spot for my 4 year old; but was told my 9 month old would need a membership of his own ( and they didn’t know the price for that yet). The thing is, my 9 month old would have to be held by me the entire time since I would be solo chasing my 4 year old around and not able to just sit in the baby area. Doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to me, but maybe the pricing for it won’t be bad. Unfortunately I may not know the price in time to use the discount offered for memberships...
