I hadn't worked out in a while, and I was looking for a place that could ease me back into shape and I found the right trainer. I can't emphasize enough how fantastic Dan was at easing me back into fitness. His gradual approach to increasing the workout intensity made the process smooth and enjoyable. Dan's understanding and tailored guidance truly make him an outstanding trainer at this gym. It's the perfect place for both beginners, fitness enthusiasts and athletes! Read moreThree years ago I had a bi lateral knee replacement. After 12 weeks of therapy, I struggled going down stairs and with lock and load activities. I thought it would get better over time but it never did. I wasn’t willing to have this be the best it would be. So I contacted my daughters former Miss NJ trainer KI and said “can you help me get better going down steps and being more active “. KI was like sure, come in and let’s see what we can do!!!! Well, after a couple months of training with TA and KI….. I can not only do steps with ease but I can even do a light run ( which I haven’t be able to do for over ten years). KI took the time to see that my hamstrings were what I needed to strengthen and once we got them going….I started to see the results. I’m so glad I can now at almost 57 years young, start to get back to an active lifestyle. Thank you TA and KI for the training and the constant support and encouragement. Read moreI started training with Kirill at Training Aspects in May and i have seen a tremendous change in my performance as I attempt to get back in shape. Kirill really knows his stuff and it is evident at the moment you sit down with him to discuss your goals. He really tries to get an understanding of what it is you want out of the training and tailors the program specifically to fit your needs. He pushes you to find your limits and will really help design programs that will help your body push the envelope and continue to get stronger each wee. Appointment times are pretty flexible just make sure to communicate if you are unable to attend a session for whatever reason. Nutrition is also an area of focus that has been extremely helpful. You will learn the truth about how to eat properly and effectively to maximize your results.
Overall my experience good not be more pleasant so far. I feel great, have more energy from the diet, i am in better shape than i have been in a long time, and for the first time ever i look forward to...
