If I could leave zero starts I most definitely would!! I ordered a sectional back in December, they let me use a âusedâ sectional until my new one arrived. I also order a 6 piece bedroom set. Mind you, itâs May never received the chest. Iâve been told on multiple occasions 3 weeks, oh back order the holidays this that and the other. Spoke with delta the manager and she reordered me a new sectional and this was just done about a month ago. Was told by Lola by the end of April I would have it, that itâs supposed to be delivered 04/28 and that they would call me to schedule delivery. lol I called just now and she says she NEVER told me this. Yet if you miss payments they are quick to threaten you just the same way you want your money I want what I ordered and paying on. I shouldâve listened to the reviews. When it comes to a bedroom set youâre better off buying furniture from IKEA and save your self an arm and leg. Especially for something you donât have. Lola will go on to lie to you and switch up her words. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! And I never ever leave reviews but this here deserves one. They remember and take notes on why you didnât make a payment. But donât note on what they tell their customers. Almost 2 months ago I bought a washer to come and be installed in my apartment the guy who installed it had no idea what he was doing damaging my door, wall, and the washer itself. Me and my husband have been in communication multiple times but they are so unprofessional. We were told a month ago that our door was ordered and just needed to be installed. Come to find out it was NEVER ordered and they had been lying that whole time. The contractor that they hired Arthur had asked my husband to give home a time to drop off the door that was Thursday May 8th my husband then messaged on Monday asking when the door was going to be returned and his response was the time you gave me from 4 days ago wasnât going to work for my schedule but he had Friday Saturday and Sunday no message no nothing and when my husband asked him to bring it back he was harassed. The AM told us we couldnât go get our door back. He sounded that he completely didnât care was super ugly towards my husband. Yall have been warned they donât know what they are doing and the regional needs to get a new contractor and new managers. There is no reason it should take this long to fix...

So we ordered and paid 1st months rent on JUNE 17TH, asked 3 times whether it would be in by July 8th and was promised it would be in. We call on July 5th to verify and first they couldn't find the order then was told it would be in on July 10th. JULY 10TH WE WERE ADVISED IT WASN'T ON THE TRUCK AND IT WOULD BE IN JULY 21. We call on the 19th and told that no it would be ON THE TRUCK JULY 28TH. Guess what today is and no bed....no one can return a call...no one will refund the money we paid....no one has apologized....NOTHING. I reached out to my friend and she won't reply either.
