Customer service is lacking. Not very knowledgeable on their own products. That being said it didn't start that way. So much selection it's hard to get pics of it all. Finally hit the raffle. I know they legit don't pick favorites n due a true raffle. Added pics of the beautiful pieces I got. Well it's been a while and had to edit. They been falling off. Last 3 carts I bought quit working or leaking the same day and they don't care. I bought gummies, I bought gummies that look like a pile of goo and sugar and they don't care. I'll add a photo. I was stood up for an interview and they don't care. It's starting to not be worth the hassle! I'm starting to use CBD plus now! Not sure what happened. They don't keep product stocked a lot of times. The herb has been inconsistent lately and they set up interviews for employment and leave you hanging. Started strong but going downhill fast. The past month or so I've wasted hundreds of dollars on useless carts n melted goo. It's pretty disappointing after being a almost daily customer, going to a few times a week to now I barely go cause Ive wasted too much money. Been charged 3 star prices for 2 star herb also. I appreciate your response but my name is not Johnathan. Perfect example of how well you know what's going on. I was told they were on sale because they weren't selling. Yes I did buy them multiple times when I found some that were edible. Not all were melted and you can't fully tell til it's opened. This is a joke how things get twisted Jim! And the carts never working and being over charged on flower. Is that cause 30% off cause I didn't get that discount n wouldn't have bought useless carts even at 30% off which they weren't. In there almost daily and my name is right there and y'all are still so disrespectful to call someone out of their name. That's very disrespectful. I was just putting the truth about what's gone on since I'm a contributor and y'all want to be petty. Way to run a company in to the ground. Keep treating your main customers like this and see how far that gets you Mac! And for future reference Mac you might wanna be careful calling people outta their name. Every other smoke shop I buy herb from sends me with paperwork. They say they have to by law. This store don't. I don't know the laws on it but that's what I have had numerous other shops tell me about the THC a. They asked me to come in on here and through friends and family so I showed up and he told me I'm trespassing and need to leave. What are they on up there. I have numerous witnesses that I was asked to come up there. It's even in his response on here. I did and I'm immediately told to leave and threatened with cops. What is going on with this guy Mac. Lay off the steroids! And the cat hair in the herb is disgusting! Apparently he said I threatened him in this post. I never threatened a soul. He can't even get my name right maybe he's confused with someone else. I had no plans on going back but they asked me to and when I did they pull that. Large selection but the owners don't know customer service. Cody is great! I was asked not to come back because my bad review but they asked me to come in on here and threw my brother and others to come in so they can make it right. When I did they surrounded me and told me I need to leave because he felt threatened somehow from my Google review. Why ask me to come in if you felt threatened. The owner makes no sense. They barely keep the main products stocked. Aren't very knowledgeable. I had a friend that is allergic and after buying product ended up being hospitalized due to allergic reactions. He believes it was from this store but I can't testify if it was but the other things are my experience with this place. It was the best when it opened but fell off quick. They also won't provide a C.O.A. with their herb so you don't know how it was grown or if it's legal and no way to prove it is if you are stopped by police. It's frustrating not to get the information needed about a previous purchase and feel comfortable. The flower and the glass jars are flawless, but the prepackaged items for instance the thcp products that are labeled THC or 100% hemp and not what the label claims to be. I'm okay with smoking hemp if I know what I'm buying but if I purchase a product under the THC thinking it was the THCa and not 100% hemp I would feel better about the purchase but it felt like I was rolling incense and not thca that I'm very familiar with. And after talking to customer service because it's pre-packaged the gentleman thought it wasn't a big deal so unfortunately be careful of what you buy prepackaged from people who are not educated enough to be working in a position to answer questions about things people take for health purposes. Was looking forward to a better experience but I got a much better experience online and locally so far has failed and shown that the stores buy in bulk crap people should not be smoking. Hope things change cuz I want companies like this to succeed... But without customer service it is...
