This is not a big market, about 10 vendors. What it is... a great example of local farming and community. The people are friendly, the produce and meat are home grown quality; properly displayed and packaged. Pricing is fair and the people who come out for the most part are down to earth and pleasant. Nice way to start your Saturday. I recommend either of the vegetable vendors and encourage you to check out some of the farm raised meats from Bowling Green Farm. I bought some basil today and used it in pasta sauce n bruschetta and it tasted amazing. Also she has candied ginger trail mix and it is so good. Next to her is an older woman named Miss Pat and i am addicited to her lemon bars. Also i bought tomatoes from the big stand and they were very juicy and made the bruschetta perfect. The other items are actually made by the people selling it to you. They care about their wares and their customers.
