Michaels — Local services in Waldorf

I have never done it online purchase from Michaels however decided to do one so that way I could get what I needed and not spend extra money in their store. Upon arriving to the store my order had not been put together yet so I told the manager I would go over and order food from mission and return giving them time to get the order together. Upon returning to the store my order was still not put together due to the fact that they did not have four of the six items. The items were listed as available when I was ordering them online. I run a small business for myself crafting handmade jewelry and home decor so I rely heavily on certain items and was kind of upset when they weren't there however they were shonas available online. I went to the item wall to look for something to replace it with and the store manager was willing to do an even swap even though I'm sure the prices had to be slightly different. I was really happy and impressed with his customer service and the willingness to do a swap out without having to pay anything extra or prolong the transaction that day. The only reason I could not get five stars is due to the fact that Michaels has really high prices on their items. They do offer a lot of coupons like everyday they have a coupon available online but it just doesn't make up the difference in price that I can get at a similar...

Honestly, I've never been a fan of arts and crafts. I just don't have the patience. But as my wedding was venturing a few months ago my husband's sister insisted on coming here to look at items for my reception dinner. I wasn't one to argue as I didn't have a clue where to begin.

I do know someone personally who works here so we were able to receive some major discounts. I still don't like arts and crafts, but I can attest that Michael's has some unique and hard to find items. And some pieces they sell are really nice and can add the final touches to any event.

I've noticed that their prices somewhat fluctuate, but if you are a member and stay abreast of their sales you will be able to save money. Ex. I was looking for a huge Christmas wreath for my front door. I searched 3 different stores before I finally found what I wanted at Michael's. The beautiful wreath was originally $149.00, but they were having a limited 60% off sale and I capitalized, indeed! And if you have any affiliation with the military they also offer 15% off, which you can combine with other discounts.

Went in for a simple can of black spray paint with limited time to shop. Imagine my surprise when all of the spray paint was locked in a cage. I can work with that; it's annoying, but overall that’s a minor inconvenience. Nonetheless, I’ll consider that strike one. Next, I went to get one of the many employees that were on the floor. Everyone was trying to act like they weren’t ignoring you, but they kind of were because they were in the middle of what looked to be inventory. Finally, I get a nice young man who very quickly gets me into the cage. Once I get his attention, I should be on my way out the door right? Wrong! I get to the front, and there are only self-checkout registers. Again, I can work with this. except when I go to ring up the spray paint, I need an ID apparently.
