Ledo Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

Ledo's is one of my favorite places to eat HOWEVER on December 26 was the first time in 10 plus years that I EVER had an issue. We volunteer our time to work with the Waldorf Fire and Rescue. We called ahead to order our food just in case we got a call so we could eat and go or grab and go. I know the policy says if you order by phone you can't dine in however we thought that they would give us a break considering we're helping he community out. It's tough eating in an ambulance and responding to calls. Maybe we should of ate outside... Anyway Ledos on duty manager DANNY was not having it. I told him that if we sit and dine in we were still ordering drinks and may get a salad to go but since we ordered by phone he said no. So after some back and forth in front of other customers he said he would let us sit this time. We could of just cancelled our order and left and they would of had 4 pizzas gone to waste. I've NEVER experienced this type of attitude with Ledos before. I'm truly disappointed in the manager! Finally he said ok but only this time. Atleast we got to finish our meal and didn't get a sick call until we were done. Lesson learned.... Next time if we get a call prior to picking up our food (that is if we go to Ledos while VOLUNTEERING for Waldorf Fire and EMS) we will keep going and pick somewhere else to eat. Thx again Waldorf Ledos manager Danny....we appreciate your great hospitality (after begging to dine in) to those that serve in Charles County! I gave 3 stars because Ledos is still one of my favorite pizza places and our waiter was a great sport about the whole situation and we did tip her well! Stop by for lunch August 13th. Placed a phone order since it was my lunch break. I checked my bag and order was wrong. Thumbs down. Im hunger and dont have time to wait. Long story short the customer service was horrible as I later found out I was dealing with the Manager Roxie on duty the whole time. She offered No apology, she would give me the bread that I touched after asking for it for the inconvenience after all all im left with is a side salad after they messed my order up. She was rude to me and her employee.

I haven't ordered from Ledos in awhile. I tried to give yall another chance but I am DONE!!!!!! I will NOT eat Ledos EVER again. I DONT CARE IF ITS FREE OR AT A PARTY. I WILL GLADLY GO PURCHASE FROM ANOTHER RESTAURANT.

MY last experience was diner in with my son who was like 5 at the time. We ordered a pizza half pepperoni have cheese. They messed my order up as well. Informed the server. She took the pizza away came back. I LIE to you NOT they picked half the pepperoni off and brought it back out. They didnt fake rebate it or nothing.. it is so much more but in the end the manager told the employee he was gonna take the cost of the pizza out of her check as of course I was not feeding my son a pizza that someone had clearly molested with their fingers. Oh this incident happen at the Fort Washington Location.

First and foremost I’ve been eating Ledos way before most even knew it existed (early 90’s)! I was a customer of the original one by college park!!! This ledos is trash along with several others in the area. Whatever company acquired Ledos is ruining it and running it into the ground!!! This is not the same quality I grew up with and loved. The crust taste different. No telling what type of pizza you’ll get place to place. Undercooked at the one over here. Sauce taste different at this one over there. This location can’t even follow basic prep instruction’s. Ask for light cheese and you’ll get light sauce and regular cheese. You can’t ask for anything at this location! Called to complain and the heavy set lil miserable black girl who answers the phone acted like I was trying to get a free pizza or my prep instruction’s were to much. It ask you what amount of cheese and sauce you want when you’re ordering a pizza with her Lil big unhappy self. I spent almost $50 on my order. Such an insult. I told her if I wanted the pizza I had I wouldn’t be calling to get a new one and drive all the way back over there. That place is a mess. My entire family is done with Ledos...
