First time customer at Wild Custom. Was extremely pleased with the product but even more so with the excellent customer service here! I knew nothing about this store (Due to I only shop in the mall for my children and visit the stores they like most of the time). My 9-year-old daughter asked to go into Wild Custom Apparel for a Hoodie. She picked her design and color hoodie, and the store employee immediately serviced her. As I was in awe at the many apparel designs while looking around the store, in the background the store employee helped my 9-year-old in full service. Made suggestions for her of additions she can add to the Hoodie (which he printed words on the sleeves of Hoodie also). He helped her through the process of her children's debt card transaction for payment, let her watch and held convo with her as he printed her hoodie, and treated her with full kindness. My son and I stopped to check the booth out in mall. I asked how much are the hoodies? The gentleman stated $25.00. He helped my son and I pick out 2 designs for 2 hoodies. He was polite and friendly. When it came to pay , the total came to $94.20 . He explained oh, so the hoodies at $45.00 a piece. I was shocked and said “I thought you said $25.
