I sent my niece there to look for a prom dress My niece told him that she was browsing looking to purchase and the gentleman there told her she could not look at the catalog book unless sheās buying something. I got in contact with the owner, and I asked him about the dresses that he carries. The first thing he asked was, what was kind of dress I was interested in? I told him prom dresses and he told me to come the store. I told him I sent my niece there and he basically told him to leave (throwing them out) because she was browsing. He knew exactly what I was talking about, He tried to change his statement. This is a whole new LOW for me. I have purchased from this establishment before with no problems, but after what happened today, they will NEVER get my business anymore. Customers be aware of establishments like thisā¦.dont spend your money if the customer service is this...

He acted like we couldn't look around on our own and followed us around the entire store and kept showing us the dresses that he wanted us to see, most of which were not what my daughter was looking for. When we finally found a few she did like, he was upset that she wanted to try them on. He wanted us to commit to definitely buying a dress if he allowed us in the fitting room. The entire time we were in the fitting room, him and his wife were standing right beside the door and kept trying to open the door while my daughter was changing. I find it totally upsetting that a man thought it was ok to be anywhere near the dressing room when there were women undressed in the area. It was completely unprofessional and it made me and my daughter uncomfortable. Needless to say, we did not and will not be spending any money...

Not only was I not greeted by the lady putting on her makeup behind the counter when I walked into the store (mind you, it was EMPTY) but after I spoke to her, she began to ask me what was I looking for. I said I was just looking for an event and she proceeds to say āBig Size GONE!ā Yes, Iām a 16/18, and absent of her āneed-to-knowā, I just lost 100 poundsā¦.but the rudeness of her comments and customer service or lack thereof hit me on the wrong day and almost brought me to tears. As I turned to leave, she says āWe may haveā¦ā and I cut her off and said, āI donāt believe thereās any reason for me to continue shopping here.ā And I wished her well and walked out. I just donāt believe the customer service was adequate at all and from views of it, Iām not the only one with that experience...
