Bentley Diamond — Local services in Spring Lake Heights

Bentley Diamond is literally one of my favorite places to go. Not only do I love jewelry (obviously), but they feeling of family that they offer is incredibly unique. Every.sing.time that my son and I walk in there, every person working there knows our names, says hello, my son gets a lollipop and I get the most personalized experience - regardless of who is working. My son is encouraged to explore and I get amazing customer service, but I also spend at least an hour just spending time with everyone and catching up. In the last two years, Daria has designed many custom pieces for me, most recently a gorgeous ring that has a ruby for my son (his birthstone) and a diamond, each bezeled and designed in a modern meets classic style. The ring matches the necklace that Daria designed for me last year, which has a diamond "P" for my son and three bezeled diamonds, one for each of my dogs. The craftsmanship is meticulous and the quality and designs are absolute perfection. I purchase gifts there, get any jewelry cleaned and fixed and it is the only place that I recommend to people in the market for any type of jewelry. There aren’t enough words to express how wonderful of an experience we had with Bentley Diamond. We started ring browsing in early March before Covid which came to a standstill. After a few long months we were able to shop again and had a better idea of the style of the ring we wanted to purchase. Daria listened and took all of our wishes into account and came up with the most perfectly designed ring. My fiancé and I instantly connected with her. She made us feel so comfortable and there was no pressure. We even had a private appointment one day & I felt like Reese Witherspoon in the jewelry store w/ Patrick Dempsey in Sweet Home Alabama. She took her time with us and taught us a lot about the different diamonds and important things about them. She knew something I really wanted was to incorporate rose gold into the setting which was also done. She spent countless hours with us and made it truly a wonderful experience especially in such a crazy time in the world. My fiancé (HOORAY), Christopher, and I are still BLOWN AWAY by the kindness, excellence, generosity, and detail with which Daria and the Bentley Diamond team carried out our engagement ring shopping process.

Daria took careful time educating us through every step of the way. She had us look at the inclusions or lack thereof within a diamond, compare color and clarity from one to the next, and explicitly explained the scale and details which bring about the diamond cost.

She also explained that Bentley Diamond exclusively sells GIA diamonds, which have the utmost reputation and integrity. Not only this, but Daria was honest and so enjoyable as we spoke with her and I narrowed down my choice!

The Bentley team worked with the utmost efficiency to carry out setting the gorgeous diamond in the beautiful band I chose and readying the ring for my fiancé to have within an hour of us leaving. Their personal care and concern for his desire and wishes blessed me and us so much. They are one of the main reasons our engagement day was a DREAM!
