I live near Seattle, but I was in Walla Walla visiting my daughter and her family this past weekend. Easter morning I woke up very early and parked in front of your stand on West Poplar waiting for them to open at 6:30. I promptly fell asleep.
I woke up just about 6:30 and was the first one in line. The most pleasant woman greeted me and took my order. She might remember me, because I think I was still a little sleepy and I forgot to leave a tip. So I came back a minute later on the opposite side of the stand and told her I had forgotten something very important. She was so kind. She said, "You didn't have to do that". But I DID have to do that since she was so pleasant and her attitude was so great. And my latté was delicious too.
I wish I would have asked her first name in case I ever come back that way again sometime. Oh well, I guess I'll ask her the next time I'm in town and go out for coffee. Take care. ~ Larry, Des...
