This establishment's manager went out of his way, way out of his to help me get the groceries that were so desperately needed to my sick daughter and granddaughter who are 2 hours away from me. I can't thank him enough for that. He and his employees are what make this store a place I definitely would shop at the next time I am in my daughter's area. I found 2 slabs of ribs with "todays special" for a penny a pound!! So i grabbed a pack. I didn't need ribs but for that price (4 cents) i wasnt going to pass it up. When i got to register they informed me that it was a pricing error but they would honor it. I did inform them that i was a frequent customer and would be returning and let my friends and family know that they handled this in a perfect manner! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FRESHWAY! ...

I left a bag on the bag turn table. Didn’t realize until I had gotten home. I tried calling the store and emailed and they never responded. I wanted to leave my name bring in my receipt so I could pick it up at a latter time. I’m not able to run to the store ever week so it was very disappointing for them to not return my call or email . Other wise the store is nice some things are a bit overpriced. So they are not my go to store...
