Called on 12/26/2018, the day after Christmas. Needed a new stereo installed that I received as a gift. The 'big box stores' (Best Buy, PC Richards, etc) were booked up til end of January or mid February. Lewis told me he could take me in on January 3. Cool, much earlier. When I asked for an estimate he said he needed to see my car first since I no longer had the stock stereo installed (swapped it out years ago).
I drove to the shop and within 5 minutes he gave me a quote (about $25 cheaper than the other stores) and said since the install was easier than he thought, he could do it immediately. Yes he gave me a good quote for sound system but I was going on his word of what I was getting! I also wanted tints, so I set an appointment up. The day came and ending up being told I got the date wrong?? (I’m good with my dates and I wouldn't schedule something on my work day but instead of trying to fix it. He just stared at me). I kept getting a feeling that as a customer I wasn’t really wanted or taken Seriously. (Maybe he thought I couldn’t afford it?) still... customers service could be better!
I ended up going to a place up the street and bought a whole system and tints which I’m scheduled for the next day!

He never once asked me how dark I wanted my tints. I thought it was already arranged (not asking I guess is my fault). I showed up later that day to pick it up and you can barely tell they’re tinted. He said that’s what my father asked for. I told him no that’s not what I wanted, can we fix it. He told me it’s too late. The miscommunication can happen, I get that.
