I just moved here from quite a distance and there was a dairy Queen I used to visit once in a while because I'm watching my Weight & have been having extensive mouth surgeries. Which makes it difficult for me to eat just about anything.
At the dairy Queen where I'm from they knew me when I walked up and made what I wanted immediately. I went to this dairy Queen once when I first got here after a mouth surgery and a very nice young lady named Autumn came up and asked me what I wanted. I explained to her the situation and she made it perfect. When I came back the second time after surgery and it was crowded! Her and the other girls were so pleasant and keeping that line moving. Their customer service skills are extraordinary and they work hard. I was in retail management for a long time These girls are on the ball.
Autumn remembered me and before I can order she looked at me and named exactly what I wanted how I wanted it and why I wanted it that way
Everyone working there is so pleasant and everybody hanging outside was so nice. I'll definitely be going back.
Thank you Autumn for remembering me and thank you girls for keeping that line moving and being...

The young man who almost invariably took my order would say, "fooorty fiiiiive!", meaning 45 cents, in a sing song way as he put the drink on the service counter. Very memorable! And yes, that's how much a large Mister Misty cost in the summer of 1970. It still had that refreshing effect on me today as I sipped my strawberry-kiwi Mister Misty through a straw as I drove home. Ahhhhhhhh, YES! Those are...

I was appalled, as was another customer in line who saw my friends not so blizzard-y blizzard. As stated in all Dairy queen facilities, the customer should be able to flip the blizzard upside down, but my friend definitely could not. This was disturbing, as the customer service was terrible, the girl working there was rude as my friend asked for a remade one, and she was handed a blizzard that still didn't meet the criteria. I am disappointed, and I think the girl should be...
