El Buen Sabor Deli — Restaurant in Wallingford

Very limited options when I ordered—only chicken and BBQ ribs were available, and I wasn’t offered the option to wait for more selections. Ironically, after I was already eating, they brought out the pernil and roasted chicken.

I paid $17.11 for a “large plate” that was mostly rice (and not great rice at that—white rice was undercooked and hard). The plate included just two small pieces of ribs and a single yuca fry. The beans were dry with little to no flavor.

Overall, it felt like a rushed and overpriced meal. Save your hard-earned money—there are better spots out there that actually deliver on both...

Plenty of parking and very clean inside and out. Service was outstanding and the staff was patient. The food was great and fresh. The price paid for the amount of food was very fair and I left nice and full. Great varied selection of food and they also have a good variety of juices they make. Definitely will...
