Buyer Aware-Broken Easily, Horrible Service Reviewed in the United States on September 19, 2024 Style: ATS-2000(Elongated)

We purchased 3 of Lotus ATS-2000 bidets with Professional Installation completed by the local Lotus Store. 3 bidets broke with different problems within 2 years of use. Very difficult to deal with Lotus Customer Service at Santa Ana CA for repairs even though they have 5 years of warranty. Within 4 years, 3 bidets repaired 3 times & 1 bidet was having same problem twice after it was just repaired less than 1 year later!

Do Not Buy Lotus product! We spent more than One Thousand dollar for each bidet & the poor quality of Chips & Parts that Lotus use is simply not worth...

I'm a returning customer for lotus seats , we have used it in different houses, It helps so much to keep your personal hygiene perfect in bathrooms especially for girls. You're gonna love it and you will feel not complete without it after you get used to using it. Experiences the restrooms is at total different level. I would recommend everyone to have these at home,
