I am writing to inform you (Geek Squad) that I have not received my IPhone 14 submitted to Geek Squad on 4 April 24. It is now 11 May 24 & I still have no phone. One that I’m paying a monthly service fee to my service provider. It is imperative that this issue be handle expeditiously now! The service dialogue between Apple Services & the Geek Squad of blaming one another for this issue is deplorable & unacceptable! Enough is enough & needs to be addressed higher if the current dialogue can’t solve this issue. All I want is a working product needed ASAP! I’m waiting this review in hopes that I will get some positive action concerning receipt of my phone not malarkey.I’m writing this complaint because 6-trips to the Best Buy Store Geek Squad section (2-managers), 3- phone calls to Apple Services (1-supervisor) has not solved this issue. Just took it in to get some popup tab/ad problems fixed (that my antivirus apparently couldn't catch); got it back with worse popups (content and frequency-wise) and my laptop started crashing, couldn't handle things it previously could (like running some games and other programs, despite its specs being relatively high), and became slow as hell. Ended up fixing the original problem with a free software I found after some googling and my new Geek Squad-induced crashing problem is steadily getting worse.
